CRM Product Lead - Europe/North America - 3months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a CRM Product Lead for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.

Requirements for the CRM Product Lead

  • Experience in either of the following - CDP, IT systems integration, CRM & GCP
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive and push the agenda
  • Experience working with a Consumer Goods client

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist with defining the standard integration for CRM system
  • Assist with defining Consumer Data Implementation approach for Middle Europe Region
  • Help manage priorities and implementation plan for the Standard Ingestion Layer
  • Oversee delivery, run regular meetings across key partners, share updates, key risks
  • Act as the coordinator between the local & Global teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development life cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
