Your new role
You will support in delivering products to customers on time and in full through the management of a product portfolio. You will work closely with the customer services team, deployment, production planning, transport, and distribution sites to determine the optimum dispatch point for each customer delivery. Your goal will be to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the collaborative strategy of the Customer Logistics and Operational teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a customer service and/or logistics environment is preferable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to perform under high levels of pressure within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrable ability to maintain and make sound, timely decisions without losing sight of the bigger picture and/or long-term objectives.A working knowledge of SAP systems is preferred with experience in system transactions.What you'll get in return - Competitive salary and bonus.
