What you'll do:
As a Trading and Administration Oversight Analyst at Vanguard, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our trading, investor services and pension admin processes. Your proactive approach will see you performing various oversight tasks, while your ability to connect with others will enable you to build strong relationships across the business. You'll handle complex client requests, always striving for service excellence. Your keen eye for detail will assist in identifying control gaps and industry trends, contributing valuable insights for strategic planning. In addition, you'll administer mailboxes, respond to queries and escalate issues as necessary. Supporting your team with daily responsibilities and complex requests will also form part of your role.

. Perform various oversight tasks and checks on operational FNZ processes
. Build relationships internally and act as a liaison across the business to coordinate the resolution of issues
. Handle and prioritise complex assigned or escalated client requests
. Participate in initiatives to identify opportunities to exceed service quality goals
. Evaluate client feedback, control gaps and industry trends in support of strategic plan development
. Administer mailboxes, providing responses where possible and escalating relevant items to team seniors or Manager
. Support the team with day-to-day responsibilities and complex requests

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Trading and Administration Oversight Analyst role brings a wealth of experience from a similar role. With at least two years' experience under your belt, you possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent training. Your specific product knowledge in relation to ISA, JISA, General Accounts or Pensions sets you apart. Your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, enable you to connect with stakeholders at all levels. You have a solid understanding of processes, technology and operational concepts, underpinned by strong analytical skills. Your excellent time management and organisational skills ensure you can juggle multiple tasks effectively. Lastly, your flexibility and adaptability mean you're comfortable with change.

. Minimum of two years related work experience required
. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
. Pensions administration experience essential
. Specific product knowledge in relation to ISA, JISA, General Accounts and/or Pensions
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Solid analytical skills and understanding of processes, technology, and operational concepts
. Excellent time management and organisational skills
. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to change
