You will be the lead for Technical Operational discussions for one of my clients leading Customers working to short timescales overseeing a small team of individuals. What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrable communicator who can interact with key stakeholders in a calm and effective manner.
- Practical operational experience of supporting WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice and Security technologies.
- Lead on future support initiatives and contribute towards upskilling and tooling investment plans.
- Awareness of ITIL (Desirable)
- Experience of managing operational teams
