Agile Programme Manager - AWS migration & Data - London Markets Insurance

Our prestigious London Markets insurance client have a requirement for an experienced Agile Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major AWS migration and Data warehouse transformation initiative including leading the backlog prioritisation, running the Scrum of Scrum ceremonies, programme increment (PI) planning, and having oversight/leadership of multiple scrum teams.

Up to £950 per day - UMBRELLA ONLY

5 month initial contract

Requirement to work from the client's offices in the City of London 2 days per week

Essential Experience needed:

• Previous track record of delivering complex, multi-stream technology transformation programmes that must include:
• AWS migrations
• Data warehouse
• Big data
• Data analytics
• Extensive previous experience of working within the London Markets insurance industry
• Strong previous experience of delivering complex transformation programmes within Agile including:
• Leading Scrum of Scrum ceremonies
• Programme increment (PI) planning
• Backlog prioritisation
• Exceptional leadership skills with the
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at a senior/Exec level
• Experience of working on multi-country programmes and with international stakeholders (desirable, not essential)
